Before now, I had not thought about podcasts being an educational tool. After listening to the short video, I see that there are many options for students to use as a valuable resource. I like what it says in the video, have "THEM" find the podcast that gets the information they need to answer or research necessary to complete a project.
As for using this in the building, do I think I will get "pushback"? Not really. I am always willing to try new things in the classroom, especially with technology. This will be another great way for me to have students learn through technology. The challenge will be actually putting it to use in the classroom.
